What difference do induction cooker and electric heating pot have?
First, composition is different
Induction cooker: induction cooker is composed of high frequency induction heating coil, high frequency power conversion device, controller and ferromagnetic material pot bottom cooker and other parts.
Electric Heating Pot: Electric Heating Pot consists of cover, stainless steel pot body, sealing ring, heat insulation plate, bakelite base and other parts.
Two, the working principle is different
Induction cooker: induction cooker is to use electromagnetic induction heating principle, alternating current produces magnetic field through the coil of lower part of ceramic plate, when the magnetic line inside magnetic field passes through the bottom such as iron pot, stainless steel pot, produce eddy current, make pot bottom quickly fever, achieve the purpose of heating food.
Electric heating pot: electric heating pot is heated by the principle of resistance heating food, electric heating pot resistance heating equipment is composed of three heating tubes.
Three, the applicable utensils are different
Induction cooker: utensils made of aluminum are not suitable for induction cookers. The material of the cooker must be iron or alloy steel.
Electric pot: Utensils made of aluminum that can be eaten.
Four, heating speed is different
Induction cooker: induction cooker can make the temperature of the bottom of the pot rise to 300 degrees above within 15 seconds.
Electric heating pot: the heating speed of electric heating pot is slower than induction cooker.
